If someone you trust sent you here, there's probably a reason.

You already know something needs to change.
You just can’t seem to shift it on your own.

Most people who find me don’t arrive with a neat problem statement.

They arrive because a conversation with someone they trust ended with:
“You should talk to April.”

And usually, they’re right.

What I do is hard to explain in a bullet point.

Clients often say:
“I don’t know what happened in that session, but I haven’t felt this clear in years.”

The tools have names — like RIM®, GeniusReport™ or Human Design.

But what actually moves people is simpler: They finally see their own patterns clearly. From the outside.

That’s where the relief comes from.
That’s where things start to shift.

If you’re not sure exactly what you need, that’s okay.

Most people aren’t when they first reach out.
That’s what the first conversation is for.

Does this sound familiar?

You might be here because you’ve been running on fumes for longer than you want to admit.

You’re good at your job. People rely on you. From the outside, everything looks fine.

But underneath that…

Something’s been asking for your attention—and you keep pushing it off.
Or overthinking it.
Or telling yourself you’ll deal with it later.

You’ve had the same conversation with yourself more times than you can count.

You know exactly what you should do.
And still… you don’t do it.

Or maybe you’re not burned out at all.

Maybe you’re just stuck.

In a pattern you can see—but can’t seem to move through.

Making the same decisions.
Having the same internal debates.
Wondering why something that feels so obvious still won’t shift.

And if you’re being honest…

It’s starting to wear on you.

Wherever you’re starting from—that’s where we begin.

The shift people keep trying to describe

A client I worked with recently — a young man in his early twenties — came in dealing with anxiety that had been following him for years. We worked together for about four months. RIM. Somatic and energy cleansing techniques. A lot of honest conversation. By the time we wrapped up, he told me he felt genuinely happy with his life in a way he hadn't in years. Sleeping well. Less in his head. More like himself.

He didn't get there because the tools are magic. He got there because he finally had a space where he could feel what he was feeling without it meaning something was wrong with him — and slowly, from that place, things started to make sense.

That's what I try to create in every session: not a place where you get coached at, but a place where you get clear. Where the thing you couldn't see from inside your own life becomes visible. Where you leave the session different than you walked in — not because you have a new action plan, but because something has genuinely shifted.

Most people feel it in the first session. A lightness they weren't expecting. A thought they've never let themselves think before. A clarity that makes them realize: oh. This is what I've been needing.

What supports the shift

I’m not a single-method coach.

The way I work is built around you—what you’re carrying, how you think, and what will actually help you move forward.

Depending on what’s needed, we might use:

RIM® (Regenerating Images in Memory) — a process that helps clear the patterns keeping you stuck.

GeniusReport™ / Human Design — a personalized map of how you make decisions, use your energy, and where things tend to get off track.

Body-based and subconscious work — helping you process what your mind alone hasn’t been able to resolve.

And sometimes…

Just a clear, honest conversation with someone who sees you without an agenda.

That’s often where the real shift begins.

What people say after the work

"I came in spinning. I couldn't make a single decision without second-guessing it. After our first session, I sat in my car afterward just... quiet. It was the first time I'd felt quiet in months."
— Senior leader, financial services

"I'd done therapy, read every book, tried everything. What was different here was that April doesn't try to fix you. She helps you see what's actually going on. And once you can see it, you can move."
— Professional, referred by a colleague

"April's approach balances her impressive subject matter expertise with a deep humanity and an inspiring levity and joie de vivre."
— Lisa G.

If something here feels familiar, let’s talk.

This isn’t a sales call.

It’s a real conversation about where you are—and what might actually help.

If we’re a fit, we’ll know.
If we’re not, I’ll tell you that too.

Thirty minutes. No pressure. Just clarity.
