  • Most coaching focuses on surface-level mindset—positive thinking, goal-setting, accountability. That's helpful, but it doesn't address the subconscious patterns driving your thoughts and behaviors.

    Here's what makes my approach different:

    Therapy helps you understand and heal your past. It's focused on processing trauma, understanding root causes, and creating emotional healing. It's incredibly valuable work.

    Coaching helps you move forward and create your future. It's focused on clarity, strategy, aligned action, and sustainable results. We honor your past, but we don't live there.

    Here's what makes MY coaching different:

    I bridge both worlds. Using neuroscience-based tools like RIM® (Regenerating Images in Memory), we access and clear subconscious blocks that therapy often takes years to address—without needing to relive or analyze your past.

    Then we layer in:

    • Your personalized Genius Report (how you're wired to thrive)

  • I don't do "rah-rah" motivation or surface-level mindset work.

    I've worked with Fortune 100 companies, trained at top coaching schools, and hold multiple certifications (ICF PCC in progress, MBA, RIM® Facilitator, Genius Coach). You're not my first rodeo.

  • I work best with high-achieving professionals—executives, managers, entrepreneurs, and leaders—who:

    • Want someone to tell you exactly what to do (I guide, but you lead)

    • Are looking for quick fixes without deeper work

    • Aren't willing to look at your own patterns and blind spots

    • Need clinical mental health support (I'm a coach, not a therapist)

The Coaching Process

  • Every session is customized to where you are and what you need, but here's the general flow:

    Check-in (10 min):
    We start with where you are—what's present for you, what's shifted since last time, what you're working through.

    Deep work (40-60 min):
    This is where the magic happens. Depending on the session, we might:

    • Do RIM® clearing work to release a block or pattern

    • Explore your Genius Report insights and how to apply them

    • Work through a specific challenge using coaching frameworks

    • Create strategic action plans aligned with your strengths

    • Process breakthroughs or integration from previous sessions

    Integration & Action (10-20 min):
    We close by identifying key insights, action steps, and what you'll focus on before our next session.

    Between sessions:
    You'll have practices, reflections, or experiments to try. Integration happens in real life, not just in sessions.

  • It depends on your goals and where you're starting from.

    Most clients see it like this:

    Single Session ($250):
    Perfect for a specific breakthrough or to try RIM® for the first time. You'll leave with clarity and relief, but sustainable transformation requires more.

    Breakthrough Package (6 sessions over 3 months):
    This is the sweet spot for most people. Enough time to clear major blocks, understand your wiring, and create sustainable momentum. You'll feel noticeably different by the end.

    Mastery Package (12 sessions over 6 months):
    For leaders who want deep, lasting transformation. This is where old patterns fully dissolve and new ways of being become your default. The change feels effortless because it's integrated into who you are.

    Timeline for results:

    • After session 1: Immediate relief and clarity

    • After 6 sessions: Noticeable shifts in confidence, energy, decision-making

    • After 12 sessions: Lasting transformation—people will notice you're different

  • Most common: Every 2 weeks (gives you time to integrate between sessions)

    Also available:

    • Weekly (for intensive transformation periods)

    • Monthly (for established clients who want ongoing support)

    We'll find the rhythm that works best for you based on your goals, schedule, and how you process change.

  • You have options:

    1. Continue with ongoing coaching (month-to-month or new package)
    Many clients stay with me for 6-18 months as they navigate new chapters

    2. Transition to "maintenance mode" (1 session per quarter)
    Great for staying aligned and tuning up as needed

    3. Graduate and come back when needed
    Some clients complete their work, integrate for 6-12 months, then return for a new phase

    There's no pressure to continue—we'll talk openly about what makes sense for you.

Pricing & Packages

  • Single Session: $200 (60 minutes) or $250 (90 minutes)

    Breakthrough Package: $1,275 (6 sessions over 3 months)
    Payment plan: $435/month × 3 months

    Mastery Package: $2,220 (12 sessions over 6 months)
    Payment plan: $370/month × 6 months

    RIM®-Only Options: (If you want just subconscious clearing work without full coaching)

    • Single RIM® session: $250

    • 3 RIM® sessions: $675 (save $75)

    • 6 RIM® sessions: $1,200 (save $300)

  • Yes! Both the Breakthrough and Mastery packages offer interest-free payment plans:

    • Breakthrough: $435/month × 3 months

    • Mastery: $370/month × 6 months

    Payment plans make it easier to invest in yourself without the financial stress.

  • No. Coaching is not considered a medical service and isn't covered by health insurance.

    However, some companies offer professional development budgets or wellness stipends that can be used for coaching. Check with your HR department.

    Why coaching isn't covered (and why that's actually good):

    • No diagnosis required—you don't need to be "sick" to get help

    • Complete privacy—nothing goes on your medical record

    • Faster results—we focus on moving forward, not documentation

    • You're the client—not your insurance company

  • I get it—investing in yourself can feel hard, especially if you've been conditioned to prioritize everyone else.

    Here's what I'd ask you to consider:

    1. What's the cost of NOT doing this?
    How much is staying stuck costing you—in lost opportunities, strained relationships, health impacts, career stagnation, or just feeling miserable every day?

    2. What are you already spending money on?

    • Gym membership: $100-200/month

    • Streaming services: $50-100/month

    • Coffee/eating out: $200-500/month

    • Business courses or tools: Varies

    Coaching is an investment in the foundation of everything else—YOU.

    3. Can you shift something temporarily?
    Many clients pause other investments (courses, subscriptions, discretionary spending) for 3-6 months to make coaching happen.

    If it's truly not the right time financially:

    • Start with a single RIM® session ($250) to experience the work

    • Subscribe to my email list for free insights and tools

    • Save this page and come back when you're ready

  • Yes. Here's my Clarity Guarantee:

    If you don't feel significantly clearer after your first session, I'll refund your investment completely. No questions asked.

    I'm that confident in this work.

    What "significantly clearer" means:

    • Mental fog has lifted

    • You feel emotionally lighter

    • You have at least one major insight that shifts your perspective

    • You feel hopeful and ready to move forward

    If that doesn't happen, you don't pay. Simple as that.

About RIM® (Regenerating Images in Memory)

  • RIM® (Regenerating Images in Memory) is a neuroscience-based process that helps you access and update subconscious patterns stored in your brain—without needing to relive or retell past experiences.

    Think of it like this:
    Your brain stores memories not just as facts, but as sensory experiences—images, feelings, sensations. Those stored experiences create patterns that drive your current thoughts, behaviors, and reactions.

    When something triggers you or you feel stuck, it's often because your subconscious is running an outdated program based on old stored experiences.

    RIM® lets you access those stored patterns and update them—like upgrading your internal operating system.

    What makes it unique:

    • Works with imagery and sensation, not just thinking/talking

    • Accesses the subconscious layer where real change happens

    • Creates shifts in a single 90-minute session (not months or years)

    • You stay fully conscious and in control the entire time

    • No hypnosis, no medication, no reliving trauma

  • No. You're fully conscious and aware during the entire process.

    The difference:

    • Hypnosis: Someone guides you into an altered state; you may not remember everything

    • RIM®: You're alert and present; you guide the process with my facilitation; you remember everything

    You're never "under" or out of control. You're actually MORE present and aware of your inner experience.

  • Absolutely not.

    This is one of the biggest benefits of RIM®—we can clear patterns and blocks WITHOUT rehashing painful memories in detail.

    Here's how:
    Instead of telling me the story of what happened, we work with the sensory memory your brain stored (the feeling, the image, the sensation). We let your subconscious update that stored experience naturally.

    You might notice:

    • Physical sensations shifting (tension releasing, breath deepening)

    • Images or colors changing

    • Emotions moving through and dissipating

    • New perspectives emerging organically

    But you never have to "go back" and relive the worst moments. Your brain knows how to heal—we just create the conditions for it to happen.

  • Yes. RIM® is a gentle, non-invasive process that works WITH your brain's natural healing capacity.

    Here's what makes it safe:

    • You remain fully in control the entire time

    • You can pause or stop at any moment

    • We work at YOUR pace—never pushing beyond what feels manageable

    • I'm a trained and certified RIM® facilitator with years of experience

    • The process is grounded in neuroscience and psychology

    That said, RIM® is NOT a substitute for:

    • Clinical mental health treatment (if you're in crisis, please seek appropriate care)

    • Medication management

    • Emergency support

    If you're currently working with a therapist or psychiatrist, RIM® can be a powerful complement—but always keep your care team informed.

Logistics & Practicalities

  • Where do we meet?

    All sessions are conducted virtually via Zoom.

    Benefits:

    • No commute—you can do this from your home, office, or wherever you feel comfortable

    • Flexible scheduling across time zones

    • Just as effective as in-person (sometimes more, because you're in your own safe space)

    Tech requirements:

    • Stable internet connection

    • Computer, tablet, or phone with camera and microphone

    • Quiet, private space where you won't be interrupted

  • Life happens—I get it.

    Rescheduling policy:

    • Give me at least 24 hours' notice and we'll reschedule, no charge

    • Less than 24 hours' notice = you'll be charged for the session (unless it's an emergency)

    Why? When you book a time, I hold that space exclusively for you and turn away other clients. Last-minute cancellations mean I can't fill that spot.

    Step 2: If we're aligned, choose your package

    Step 3: You'll receive:

    • Coaching agreement

    • Intake form (helps me understand you before our first session)

    • Scheduling link to book your first official session

    Step 4: Show up and let's do this work together

  • The Clarity Call is a free 30-minute conversation where we get to know each other and see if we're a fit.

    Here's what we'll cover:

    • Where you are right now and what's not working

    • What you're hoping to create or change

    • How my approach works and whether it's right for you

    • Which package makes the most sense for your goals

    • Any questions you have

    What it's NOT:

    • A sales pitch (I promise)

    • A full coaching session (that comes after you're a client)

    • High-pressure or pushy (you'll know if this feels right)

    After the call:

    • If we're a fit, I'll send you next steps to get started

    • If we're NOT a fit, I'll tell you honestly and point you toward other resources

    • No obligation either way

  • Not much! Just show up as you are.

    Before your first session, you'll:

    • Complete an intake form (helps me understand your background and goals)

    • Identify 1-3 things you most want to work on

    That's it.

    You don't need to:

    • Have everything figured out (that's why you're here)

    • Write a novel about your life story

    • Be "fixed" or "ready" (you're ready now)

    Come curious. Come open. That's enough.

  • Sessions are one-on-one for a reason—this is YOUR space.

    However:

    • I occasionally do couples coaching if both partners are committed to the work

    • I can facilitate joint sessions with you and your business partner if that's relevant

    • Your partner/friends are welcome on the Clarity Call if you want support in making the decision

    But once we're in coaching, it's just you and me. This is your time to focus on YOU.

Is This Right For Me?

  • You're ready if:

    ✓ You're tired of feeling stuck, scattered, or second-guessing yourself
    ✓ You're willing to look at your own patterns (even the uncomfortable ones)
    ✓ You're open to trying new approaches and doing things differently
    ✓ You're ready to invest in yourself—time, energy, and money

    You're NOT ready if:

    • You're in active crisis and need clinical support (seek a therapist/psychiatrist first)

    • You want quick fixes without doing inner work

    • You're not willing to take responsibility for your own growth

    General guidelines:

    Start with a Single Session ($250) if:

    • You want to experience RIM® or my coaching style before committing

    • You have a specific issue you want to work through

    • You're budget-conscious and want to test the waters

    Choose Breakthrough (6 sessions) if:

    • You're ready for real transformation but have a timeline or budget in mind

    • You want to clear major blocks and build momentum

    • You're newer to deep coaching work

    Choose Mastery (12 sessions) if:

    • You're committed to long-term, sustainable change

    • You've done coaching before and know you want to go deep

    • You're ready to invest fully in yourself

    Remember: You can always start with a single session and upgrade to a package if you love the work. The cost of that session applies toward your package.

  • I believe in honest, open communication—so if something isn't working, let's talk about it.

    Here's what we'll do:

    1. Have a direct conversation about what's not feeling right

    2. Adjust our approach if needed

    3. If we're truly not a fit, I'll help you transition to someone who is

    My guarantee: If you don't feel significantly clearer after session 1, you get a full refund. After that, we'll honor our commitment to the full package—but we'll always check in about fit along the way.
