What is RIM®?

RIM® = Regenerating Images in Memory

RIM is a proven, neuroscience-informed technique that helps you transform stored emotional memories using your imagination and body awareness. Rather than rehashing trauma, you’re guided to access and reframe emotional experiences from a calm, resourced state. It’s like emotional spring cleaning—without the mess.

This Isn’t Talk Therapy—It’s Experiential Healing

During a RIM session, I guide you through a gentle process where you use imagination, sensation, and intuition to connect with your inner experience. You might “see” images, feel physical sensations, or simply follow emotions to their root. You remain fully conscious and in control the entire time. I'm here to support and guide—not fix or analyze.

Each Session Is Private, Guided, and Customized to You

Sessions are 45–90 minutes long. We begin with your intention—what you want to shift or explore. Then I guide you inward through a calming, focused process using your breath, memory, and body awareness. You don’t need to prepare anything. You simply show up as you are, and we go from there.

Note:
Sessions are available in-person in Las Vegas or virtually from anywhere.

Ready to Try RIM?

  • Single Session – $250
    Description: 45–90 minutes of guided RIM facilitation. For emotional clarity and release.

  • 3-Session Package – $675
    Description: A great choice if you’re ready to go deeper. Sessions build on each other.

  • 6-Session Package – $1,200
    Description: Best for sustained support and transformation. Use as needed over 6 months.

You’re welcome to book one session and decide from there. If you choose to continue, the cost of the first session will be applied toward a package.
